Temporary support ticket delays
Some of you may have experienced delays in replying to your support tickets and emails. I would like to personally apologize for the inconvenience. We will be very soon implementing a completely new professional grade helpdesk system that should make customer support much more effective, the new helpdesk software will be implemented within the next week.

Hi Tomas,
when I had a problem in may 2010 you were on it immediately – I can’t imagine it being “slow” as in weeks! – but my wife is not very patient when she is missing her english “soaps” on tv bloody private to ukternet! Do your best to sort my latest probs, please before she decides to use the female “smart weapon” and suspends certain “private” services of her own in retaliation for “my” failure to put a smile on her pretty face!
